THE STORY

Fathom & Fury was founded in 2025 by Scott Holman and Jacob McCluskey, two U.S. military veterans with a shared conviction: the mainstream cigar world had gone soft, and the wild tobaccos of the map deserved better.

They teamed up with the artisans at BAMF Cigars and spent months perfecting a debut worthy of the flag: No Quarter Given, a daring blend of eleven tobaccos sourced around the globe. Stogie Press answered with a 95 rating.

The follow-up, Zero F’s Given, was slated as a limited edition. Then smokers declared it even better than the first, and it earned a permanent berth in the core line.

As 2026 began, a new hand joined the crew: Reed, a 33-year U.S. Army veteran whose leadership and global miles fit the brand’s spirit of adventure exactly.

Why BAMF Cigars

BAMF Cigars was built on a simple, dangerous idea: bring the most badass cigars to the most badass people. Veteran- and LEO-owned, they hunt rare, off-the-map tobaccos and turn them into unapologetic blends.

Their owner, Ismael “Ish” Rodríguez Oliván, sources leaf from places most factories don’t think about: Italian binder and filler, authentic African Cameroon as wrapper and core, blends that pull from 10+ countries at once.

They run their own factory in the Dominican Republic: full control over quality, consistency, and the crazy one-off projects nobody else will touch. No dyes, no trash, no shortcuts.

Could we have gone the safe route with a generic co-packer? Sure. But then we’d just be more noise. We wanted weapons-grade cigars. So we went to the lunatics who already build them.
